On Friday night, Fulton County authorities say they discovered what they believe to be a meth lab in an apartment in Sandy Springs. Fire crews responded to the 5400 block of Glenridge Dr just after 8 p.m., when a sprinkler alarm went off. The fire crews discovered a small fire and the suspicious chemicals when they arrived, and after putting out the fire, they called in Responders from Bio-Tec Emergency Services . Fulton County fire officials evacuated all 80 units in the apartment building at the complex. About three hours later, after Bio-Tec Emergency Services crew used fans to blow fumes out of the building, residents were allowed back into the apartments that had been evacuated.
